Baja with friends new & old.

A quick ride to the paradise next door is always an easy decision. Small crew of "regulars" was joined by a larger group on their first Baja ride. The infamous peninsula south of the border showed who was boss on the very first day for at least one rider, however as is usually the case, everyone rallied to get repairs made and ride on!

Northern California with BMW RA

Jumped aboard a BMW 1200 GS Adventure and rode northward to visit some friends and burn up several rolls of film in a few different cameras. My already skewed perspective of the north always having perfect weather was only made more sure by arriving on what was possibly the best riding day they've had in weeks.

Shot on 35mm and 120mm transparency, color negative, and black & white negative films using a Nikon F5, Ricoh rangefinder, and Holga.

Adventure Rider Magazine - GS Trophy +...

Latest issue of Adventure Rider magazine features stories of the US Team training in California & Nevada, piece about the event itself in Africa, product review of a "Special Ops" watch I used while in Africa, plus separate piece written about some local exploration of the hidden Southern California. Cover was shot near BMW's private training facility in California.
