Remote dental clinic, whales, and missions.

Dr. John has been volunteering at a dental clinic deep in Baja, Mexico for years with the Flying Samaritans. After his first ride in Baja on a motorcycle, he wanted to ride down to the clinic instead of flying. I grabbed a couple cameras, 25 rolls of film, laid out a rough plan, climbed aboard a BMW R1200 GS Adventure, and left the rest up to the random scheduling that is so often associated with riding in Mexico.

We saw old mission ruins, massive amounts of whales, an evaporation lagoon that produces 10% of the world's salt, endless vistas, and fantastic food.
