Cuba
I’ve massively neglected the blog over the past few months. Between projects in and out of the country, and projects on the modeling side where photos on set are strictly verboten, I’ve got some catching up to do.
2018 is off and running, but going to begin with culling the archives best as I can for stuff omitted from 2017.
To begin… Cuba!
2017 involved a unique trio of islands. Magazine stories published from Australia and the Azores, and in between a journey through an island much closer to home, yet politically more distant than any I’ve visited. Like most places in the world it seems, the locals are welcoming, and the land is fascinating. Unlike most places in the world, the unique combination of hyper first-world architecture, left to its own devices and the elements over the past several decades, perhaps exists nowhere else on earth.
Hiked around the country in TCX Street Ace Dakars. Work for hiking and substantial enough to jump on a bike as opportunity arises!
Was fortunate enough to come across a nest of the world’s smallest bird: the Bee Hummingbird.
